As a part of their corporate agreement, Amari Watergate enhanced their pre-arrival guest journey with contactless pre-checking & registration by collecting all of the guest details upfront and offering relevant upsell before arrival. In addition, guests can enjoy all of the benefits of their mobile app, from requesting services, in-room dining, and booking their favorite activities and experiences.
