Avani +Mai Khao Phuket Suites & Villas partnered with OKKAMI on the 20th of December, 2021 to enhance guests’ service requests via the Avani App. OKKAMI third-party integration with Messagebox provides guests with a seamless way to place their service requests in just one click. Thanks to this integration, the guests no longer need to use the traditional way of contacting the hotel staff to place their requests; using the Avani app the guests can directly place their requests and even chat with staff all under one platform. The guests also receive real-time notification status and a confirmation message from the hotel staff once the request has been completed.
