The Risk Management Policy aims to provide a consistent framework for managing the risks of the company in accordance with good corporate governance principles.

OKKAMI is dedicated to fostering relationships with the communities in our operational locales through an extensive stakeholder engagement. We also cultivate social responsibility mindset among employees and encourage our business worldwide to undertake social responsibility activities that can create positive impacts on the society where we operate. Our local operations teams conduct engagements to seek input from residents, community leaders, and local government agencies and organization to understand concerns, needs, and aspirations – then direct resources to address them through targeted strategies. In the process we also identify potential risks and assess business impacts and opportunities, if any.

As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding personal data, we regularly conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Protecting customers’ data across all platforms is integral to supporting our Online Strategies.
Our Internal Audit team has recently completed a thorough review of our privacy policies and practices, confirming our adherence to the PDPA’s requirements. This audit is part of our broader effort to maintain transparency, trust, and accountability in how we manage personal data, ensuring that our practices align with both regulatory obligations and the expectations of our stakeholders.
