Additionally, guests can use the app for mobile keys through Vingcard / Assa Abloy, access in-room dining menus, and view hotel activities. The OKKAMI CRM system enables guests to view all requests under a single platform and assign tasks directly to respective departments. The hotel has also integrated OKKAMI’s promotion tool feature, which allows hotel staff to notify guests about the latest promotions and offers. Finally, the Review Pro feature allows guests to provide feedback on their stay and experience, ensuring the hotel can continuously improve and deliver exceptional service.
