OKKAMI Store Enhancement: Streamlined Ordering for Guests

We’re excited to announce a new improvement in the OKKAMI Store that helps streamline guest orders and simplifies operations for staff.

Previously, the product option checkbox allowed guests to select more choices than intended. Even when the title specified a limit (for example, “Choose any 2”), the system did not enforce it. This often caused confusion for guests and extra work for operations staff, who had to clarify the guest’s actual selection. For instance, a guest might be allowed to pick only two breakfast options, but the system previously allowed them to select more.

With this new enhancement, checkbox-type options now support selection limits. Guests can only select the number of options allowed, ensuring orders are accurate and in line with the menu instructions.
