Using the Anantara App, guests will be able to check-in to their reservation prior to their arrival on their personal mobile device and eliminate the hassle of waiting in line at the front desk. With mobile check-in, the hotel can also gather additional guests information in advance thus making them feel special on arrival. Throughout their stay, guests can order in room dining, request services, access hotel amenities and connect with the staff with the In-App guest messaging feature or by using their preferred social media channels.
