Anantara Hoi An went live with OKKAMI on 24th August 2022 to enhance their pre-arrival guest journey with contactless pre-check-in & registration by collecting all of the guests details upfront and offering relevant upsell before arrival. Setting guests up ahead of time and allowing them to check-in before they arrive onsite kicks things off on the right foot. This allows the guests to feel special, safe and connected to the hotel without having stepped foot through the doors, while the hotel can save time and resources. The guests can also take advantage of geolocation based promotions and automatically notify guests once they get close to the property. While the guests are in-house, notifications can also be triggered upon check-in, pre-departure and check-out.
