Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa has partnered with OKKAMI on 11th March 2022, in order to offer a full in-room iPad solution to deliver an unparalleled level of convenience to their guests. Using the tablets, guests will be able to take full control of their stay by accessing hotel information, order in-room dining, make reservations and chat real time with the hotel staff. The App includes features such as unified live chat, digital eMenus, view folio (via PMS interface) and a digital compendium with all of the relevant hotel information. OKKAMI also consolidated all of the hotel’s official chat channels into a single dashboard. Under limited staff, the unified dashboard definitely helped the Aleenta team to respond to guests enquiries from anywhere, anytime.
