Ad Lib Khon Kaen has recently partnered with OKKAMI to enhance the overall guest experience and elevate the quality of service offered. Starting at the end of May 2023, guests will be able to access the Ad Lib app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple Store. OKKAMI’s Opera PMS system has been integrated with the property, enabling guests to fill in their details and complete the check-in processes directly in the app.
Moreover, Ad Lib Khon Kaen has also partnered with OKKAMI to provide guests with mobile keys through Vingcard/Assa Abloy. After checking in, guests can use the app to access various features, including viewing hotel activities, scanning the in-room dining menu, and placing requests directly. With the OKKAMI CRM system, guests can view all requests under a single platform and assign tasks to the respective departments. The app’s live chat feature allows guests to communicate through their preferred channels and book services.
In addition to these features, OKKAMI has integrated with MVI to bring guests an exciting new feature: virtual remote for TV. This innovative feature allows guests to control their room’s TV using their phones. However, guests can only access this feature after checking in. The promotion tool feature also helps the hotel staff notify guests about the latest promotions and offers.
