With its addition to the app, guests can now access a full range of digital features designed to simplify and enhance every aspect of their stay.
Through the app, available on both the App Store and Google Play, guests can explore the property, book their stay, and access various services with just a few taps. Once checked in, guests can use a secure pairing code to connect the app to their room, meaning there’s no need to share room numbers when booking activities or placing orders, everything is automatically linked to their room.
One of the app’s standout features is the “Request a Service” section. Guests can make real-time requests such as chatting with hotel staff, ordering a wake-up call, requesting valet or buggy services, scheduling turndown or housekeeping, asking for tray pickup or laundry, and even reporting maintenance needs through the “Fix It” option. It’s all about making service faster, easier, and more personalized.
The Dining section gives guests the ability to explore and reserve a table at the hotel’s restaurants or place in-room dining orders. Guests can choose from a variety of offerings including The Olive, The Aviary, or the Grab & Go service, each delivering a different flavor of comfort and quality.
